RETURN AND REFUND
For takeaway/restaurant
Thanks for shopping at Central Creations (Pty) Ltd. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Any product that is bought online and ordered as “collection order” has no returns once the user agrees satisfied upon receiving it. Any order that is set to delivery can be returned about time of delivery, once the delivery person has collected your consent in form of signature from the client or customer none of the items can be turned or refunded.
For Salon
You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returneditem. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.For hygiene reasons, items can only be returned if they are unopened, unused and in re-saleable condition with all tamper resistant seals, packaging and any cellophane intact and unopened.
Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving them. The goods remain your responsibility until they are received and signed by us. All goods returned will incur a 15% handling fee.

For business projects and documents
Business projects and documentation are made specific for individual client therefore once made cannot be returned in any circumstances. Refunds for projects are made if with acceptable reason from the client about service delivered was not performed as requested and will incur a 15% fee for initiation, performance purpose and reversal of service done if it involves third parties.

EXCEPTIONS
To be eligible for a return in any case, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We unfortunately cannot accept returned products that have been ordered in specifically for you or in bulk or made specifically for you as in 'made to order' products, this includes the customised products. Central Creations will not be held liable for any damage that may occur at the delivery address, after we have delivered and proof of delivery has been signed.
NOTE
Cancelled orders (before delivery takes place) could be liable for a 5% handling fee depending on status of order. This info is a basic outline, easy readable language for the general consumer to understand.
